Dr. Heather Howard PT, DPT, MTC, OCS

Heather is the owner of Live In Motion and is committed to continuously expanding her expertise in physical therapy to better suite our rural but growing community.  She is passionate about integrating diverse treatment options, staying at the forefront of emerging techniques in manual therapy and exercise, and enhancing patient care in rural North Dakota.

With a strong focus on innovation, Heather actively introduces new physical therapy services and programs to better serve the community. As an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, she has a special interest in treating chronic spine pain and sports-related injuries.

Her credentials include a Manual Therapy Certification, Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist, and LSVT Big Clinician certification for Parkinson’s disease treatment. She is also a Level 2 Functional Dry Needling® Practitioner through Kinetacore and is certified in Blood Flow Restriction Rehabilitation through Owens Recovery Science. Additionally, she has pursued extensive advanced training in wound care through the Wound Care Education Institute to address the unique needs of the rural population.

Krista Becker PT, MPT

Krista Becker, PT, MPT is a western North Dakota native. She holds a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Mary. For the last 15 years, her career has focused on outpatient orthopedics and geriatrics with a special interest and additional training in women’s health.  She holds a Kinetacore Level I Functional Dry Needling certification.

Dr. Kari Boston PT, DPT

Kari graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2006 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. After working 6 years in a chronic pain clinic in Minneapolis, she’s returned home to Williston and is happy to be serving this community. She treats a variety of conditions and enjoys working with all ages. Her special interests include Women’s and Men’s Pelvic Health. With ongoing continued education in this area, she’s seen first hand the positive impact it can have on someone’s quality of life. She holds an M1 Graston Technique certification and Kinetacore Level I Functional Dry Needling certification.  

Dr. Chelse Laqua PT, DPT, ATC 

Chelse is originally from eastern South Dakota. She attended the University of Mary for her Bachelors degree in Athletic Training and then received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. She began serving the Williston community in 2014 and enjoys working with patients of all ages and with a variety of conditions. She is excited to continue her work in the outpatient setting. She holds a Kinetacore Level I Functional Dry Needling certification.

Chrissie Ketelsen PT, MPT

Chrissie graduated from the University of Mary in 2001 with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. She has worked in a variety of settings including in-patient, out-patient and home health. She is a North Dakota native and has spent most of her career serving the eastern part of the state. She enjoys caring for all age groups and has experience treating a wide variety of conditions. She has been serving the Williston area since 2021

Dr. Lyndsi Klundt PT, DPT

Lyndsi is a North Dakota native.  She earned her Doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Mary in 2019. She worked in the eastern part of the state at an outpatient clinic for the past 4 years before moving with her family to Williston.  She treats a variety of conditions and enjoys working with all ages to get you back to things you love to do. She is Astym certified, LSVT Big certified, and is currently working on her vestibular training and is ready to help the Williston community with any physical therapy related needs.  

Jessica Ziegler MS, OTR/L, CLT

Jessica is a North Dakota native with a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Mary, earned in 2004. Her well rounded experience includes practicing in skilled nursing facilities, inpatient, outpatient and school settings with over 10 years in skilled nursing treating the geriatric population. She is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. Jessica is excited to be offering OT outpatient services in the Williston area. 

Molly Jones 

Molly is a Michigan native.  She has a variety of experience in customer service in the medical field.  She can help you with all of your scheduling, insurance verification, and payment needs.  

Beth Myers, LPN

She has a variety of extensive experience in customer service in the medical field in a clinical setting and a background in occupational health.  She is an licensed practical nurse and assists our providers with wound care.   She can also help you with all of your scheduling, insurance verification, and payment needs. 

Karrie “KJ” Bergman 

KJ grew up in Ohio, but came to North Dakota in 2014. Her background is in pharmacy as a nationally certified technician, but she has several years of experience in administration, insurance and customer service. She enjoys helping people and is happy to assist in all aspects of your scheduling, insurance and payment processes.

Kate Lambert 

Kate is originally from Poland (Europe) but made Williston her home 15 years ago. In that time she gained a variety of experience in customer service in the medical field. She can help you with all of your scheduling, insurance verification, and payment needs.

Kerrie Ambrose

Yes, another Kerrie! Kerrie has a variety of experience in office and business management.  She works closely with our leadership to help the clinic run smoothly.
